Shipping

ThinkPet offers free shipping via standard ground delivery, it covers the united states, customers from other countries may contact us before purchasing for available delivery options and shipping costs.All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, orders placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed. You will receive our email notice if that happens.

How to track your order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your item has been shipped. You can track your orders by clicking the tracking button in the email, you can visit order tracking page on Thinkpet.com, or you can also visit Swiship the official Amazon shipment tracking site.

Return:

For orders placed directly on ThinkPet.com: For any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 90 days from the day your package is delivered.

Noted: For orders placed through other ThinkPet official e-commerce platforms such the Amazon, Aliexpress, please contact the customer service of the original purchased platform to obtain return and exchange.

Conditions:
Your return must meet the following conditions.
1. Contact us before returning the items.
2. The freight is non-refundable.
3. Defective products are allowed for return, exchange, or refund within 90 days from the date of delivery.
4. Returns must be re-sellable and in the original condition including with original tag, package, and components. Any returned items in used condition without packaging will not be refunded. For sanitary reason, bowls products must be completely clean and dry before returning.
5. we don’t accept any freight collect returns, return must be shipped via prepaid freight.
6. Exchanges will be shipped after your return items has been received and inspected you will be notified after your exchange order is shipped.
7. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
8. ThinkPet does not hold any responsibility for customers ordering the wrong products, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions. For items you want to exchange please follow the return instruction above. Then place a new order for the items you like on ThinkPet.
